It is recommended to wait a few days before washing or waxing your vehicle or boat, ideally by hand.

Are the colours shown on the site an exact match to the real vinyl?

Colours displayed on screens can vary. If you require a colour match, please request a sample.

Can I get a colour sample?

Yes, colour samples are available upon request.

Do you have a colour guide?

Yes, a colour guide is available on the website. Please note that screen colours may differ from actual vinyl shades.

Do you provide fitting instructions?

Yes, fitting instructions are included with all orders. If you have not received yours, contact support and they will resend them.

The application tape has lifted after delivery—what should I do?

Unroll the graphics, allow them to settle in a warm room, and lightly rub the tape down using a card or squeegee.

Will vinyl lettering damage the painted surface?

Vinyl will not damage a sound painted surface. However, poor-quality resprays or filler areas may lift when vinyl is removed.

Can I have a product or boat name made to a size not listed on the site?

Yes, custom sizes can be produced subject to technical limitations. Please contact us with your requirements.

Can I request a custom font not shown in the designer?

Yes, you can request a custom font via email and we will confirm if it can be used.

What surfaces will the vinyl lettering stick to?

Vinyl adheres to most surfaces including fibreglass, painted or varnished wood, and steel. Some materials, such as Hypalon, may require special vinyl or patches.

Will one boat name be reversed for the other side?

No, boat names are not reversed unless you specifically order a mirrored design, such as Wave-Top or Wave-Bottom effects.

Do 2-colour or shadowed graphics come in separate layers?

No. All multi-layer graphics are pre-layered so you do not need to align separate layers during fitting.

How long should I wait after painting before applying vinyl graphics?

A minimum of 30 days is recommended for fresh paint to fully cure before installing vinyl.

How long will the vinyl graphics last?

Vinyl graphics are produced using 7–10 year grade vinyl. Actual lifespan depends on UV exposure, installation quality, and vinyl colour.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days. Delivery time depends on Royal Mail or courier services.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Larger items may be sent via courier.

Do you allow order collection?

No, we are a mail-order only business and do not offer collection.
