Delivery Information

 

Unfortunately, we have stopped shipping to Southern Ireland due to ongoing issues with An Post Customs. 

 

We are pleased to inform our European customers that we have resumed shipping within the EU. However, please note that all EU customers will be responsible for their own country's taxes and handling charges upon delivery. Please allow up to three weeks to receive your order. This timeframe will allow for postal and customs processing. 

 

Customers from outside the EU may also be subject to handling charges and taxes. 

 

We aim to dispatch orders within one to four working days (Monday to Friday), depending on product availability. During peak seasons, dispatch may take longer. Please note that our estimated shipping times only cover the period until we hand your order over to Royal Mail Tracked 24 or a courier service. Delivery times do not account for the postal service's actual delivery period. 

 

There is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays, and we cannot specify a delivery time slot.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment information.

 

We cannot combine separate orders unless you contact us via email within two hours of placing your first order. Please note that once an order is in the packing stage, we cannot add additional items to it.
