Are you associated with other sites on the internet that look similar?

Yes – vinylcutgraphic.com, thegraphicsboat.co.uk, horseboxgraphics.co.uk and caravangraphics.com are all trading names and divisions of Vinyl Cut Graphics.

Are the colours shown on the guide the same as what I will get?

Due to computer screen limitations, there will be a variation in colour. If you need an exact match, please request a sample.

Can I have a product made to a size not listed on the site?

Yes, subject to technical limitations. Contact us with the product name and required size.

Can I install vinyl on a freshly painted vehicle?

We recommend waiting a minimum of 30 days for the paint to fully cure before installing vinyl graphics.

Can I order by phone? I don't like using the internet.

Yes – simply call us on 01644 625 015 with your product names and sizes.

Do 2-colour (shadowed) graphics come in two layers?

No – unlike most companies, we pre-layer our graphics so you do not have to struggle aligning multiple layers.

Do you have a colour guide?

Our colours are “standard” shades chosen based on customer feedback. Due to screen limitations, the colour you see may not match the final product.

How do you send out your orders?

Most orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, though couriers are used depending on size/weight.

How long does it take to get my order?

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days (longer during busy periods). If your order is urgent, let us know and we will try to help.

How long will the vinyl graphics last?

Cut vinyl graphics use 7–10 year grade vinyl (manufacturer rating). Lifespan varies based on UV exposure and installation quality. Printed graphics are produced on 5-year media and laminated for protection, but lifespan cannot be guaranteed. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasion.

Where are you located – can I pick up my order?

We do not offer a collection facility. We are a mail-order only business.

Can I wash my vehicle/boat after installing vinyl graphics?

We advise waiting a few days before washing or waxing, preferably by hand.

Can you provide fitting instructions?

Yes – instructions are included with orders. You can also search YouTube for visual guides. If missing instructions, submit a ticket with the order name and we will resend them.

My graphics arrived in a roll and some application tape has lifted

Unroll the graphics and leave them in a warm room. Gently rub the tape down from the centre outward using a card or squeegee.

Will the lettering harm the painted surface of my vehicle/boat?

Vinyl will not harm a sound painted surface. However, poor quality paintwork or filler areas may peel when vinyl is removed due to strong adhesive.
